Bata pa ay mahilig na talaga akong magdrawing at gumawa ng kwento. Katunayan hanggang ngayon ay iniingatan ko pa din ang mga guhit na iyon. Wala akong pormal na pag-aaral sa pag-guhit. Ang sa akin ay self study lamang at pagtitiyaga na matuto.
Bernardo “Ding” Abubot JR.
“Abubot” as fondly addressed by his close friends, is one of the highly recognized artist/illustrator in the Philippine comics industry. Better known to his 3 siblings as the most artistic in the family, Abubot began to show his artistic inclinations from childhood years. He started whittling and making his own paintings at the age of 7 at the walls of their old house.
